PMU Booking Deposit:

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot for any PMU service.

 

LASH EXTENSION Booking Deposit:

• A $20 non refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot for any service within 24 hours after booking. The deposit will go towards your total balance.

 

How to pay your deposit:

• Deposit can be paid securely online or via interact e-tranfer. Email for e-tranfer: jenniebeautyca@gmail.com.

• Please ensure that your deposit is paid promptly to confirm your appointment.

How to pay your remain amount:

• ​Payment remain: only cash or interact e-transfer are accepted.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

• The deposit is non-refundable if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment.

• If you need to reschedule within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

 

Eyelash Refill Appointments:

Any refill request exceeding a three-day timeframe will result an additional week being added to the refill period. For example:

• – Returning within 11 days to 17 days for refill = 2 weeks refill charge

• – Returning within 18 days to 24 days for refill = 3 weeks refill charge

• – Returning within 25 days to 31 days for refill = 4 weeks refill charge
